The service took about the amount of time I expected. The cost was around that quoted before the work was done.
But I waited almost two months without word that the back ordered part had arrived. How long was it sitting in the Parts Dept? I got tired of waiting and arrived today without an appointment to ask about the missing part. It was sitting in the Parts Dept so the work could proceed. Why did I have to wait two months?
