Your staff, and your obvious attention to total customer satisfaction is the best that I have seen. I have been to a lot of dealer service locations, and this was the best that I have experienced.
1) I was met at my car by an associate before I was able to turn the car off. He listened to my issue and was able to direct me to my personal service manager.
2) I introduced myself to my service manager and he immediately remembered our conversation and directly handled my onboarding.
3) When all paperwork was done, he told me exactly what I should expect next, including an exact time I will hear back from him, and his direct number to calm if I didn’t hear back. I heard back from him, before the time mentioned, with my work completed.
4) When I arrived to pick up my car, my service manager was not available. It was lunch time so I think he was on lunch break. The service manger who sat next to him quickly (5 seconds) asked if he could help me. I told him I was there to pick up my car and he ran over to my guys desk and helped me, forth-with. I had my newly washed car in 5 min or less.
