Other car maintenance facilities will wash the cars at no expense to the customer. My Lexus and Subaru service always include a complimentary car was. I was disappointed that this service was not provided.
Otherwise, yes, service was fine. That said, I bought additional maintenance coverage when I purchased the car… sort of surprised the a tire replacement wasn’t covered. Or, at least tire rotation.
