My first time meeting Viviana. Nice young lady. Definitely did a great job of informing me on the details of my service. She made up for my shortcomings on paperwork regarding a recall that I didn’t bring in the paperwork the first time and the ending requiring some signatures. She was very informative in the costs of services requested that were out of the norm. She did a great job.
