John Le was a great associate and very accommodating. He provided excellent service. The poor experience I received was when I scheduled my recall service and called to confirm the part was in stock, but when I arrived they next day, they told me the part was not in stock and I had taken the day off work to do this. So I brought my car back in the following day and asked for a loaner because I needed to get to work. They offered me a round-trip with Uber which was fine. I got back at 5pm when it was supposed to be done and didn't get my car until 6pm where they told me they broke a cargo latch during the recall service and I would have to come back again for the repair.
