I had an appointment for an oil change at 2. I came 10 min early, but no one came out to check me in till 2. That was ok.I was told it would be 1-2 hours, so I returned home. I returned at at 345 and saw my car still in the entry bay. Nothing at all had been done. After my complaint, it was finally taken back for service. I waited almost 45 min. Jason was helpful and waived the fees. But I'm disappointed. I don't see why a quick service like oil change wasn't handled faster than 2 1/2 hours.
