I brought in my car for normal (A7) servicing. I mentioned to the service writer that there was a squeak in the trunk lid. She said that to service the squeak would take an extra two hours or so, because they couldn't do that in the Express servicing area. I declined to have the squeak serviced. This is not a major disappointment, but I was not 100% satisfied.
