When I picked up the vehicle, the actual cost was higher than the quoted price. It was a straightforward battery replacement. When I questioned why it was higher, he just said “oops, I quoted the wrong price before.” Very shady and makes me not trust the service department. He also said the labor cost on a warranty replacement is higher than the labor cost on non-warranty replacement, even though the labor is exactly the same. If true, that is a very shady service practice that all customers should be aware of.

Clayton is a nice guy but the communication wasn’t there I waited about a week before I heard anything I always had to call. I would have appreciated if he would have told that the part was taking a little longer than expected but he would tell me that the part was on its way and it would get here on Tuesday. Than on Tuesday I called and I was told Friday. It was a very stressful month. I would like a different associate from Honda next time. Clayton just wasn’t the right guy to be handling my problem with my car. I wouldn’t not I like follow up with him ever again. I feel like it would be awkward. Thank you.

John Le once again helped me out with great customer service , I love how he directed me towards Ted to talk numbers about my lease and Ted came in and helped me out as well with great service.
