My vehicle was purchased in Jan 2022 as certified pre owned, a certification that promises all systems and parts in exceptional condition and also guarantees all parts for up to a year. When told about the ongoing water that was leaking into my trunk from car washes and rains, I was informed that the warranty somehow did not cover that. I was told, however, that I could reach out to the sales manager at Honda of Cerritos( where the 2020 Civic was purchased) and see if they might allow the repair and cover the cost. No one at Norm Reeves Honda told me that *they* would try to make it right for me, that they would contact Honda of Cerritos to arrange the repair and payment on my certified pre owned car that was still within the warranty period.
I was told that I was on my own.
I called Honda of Cerritos twice and was put on hold for over 20 minutes each time, only to be sent to a voice mail.
I call this extremely poor customer service!
So no. I am not satisfied with my service experience.
