Came in for B1 service, didn’t need my tires rotated. Was presented with work costing over $500. Had items checked that needed immediate service such as my engine air filter…but it was changed minutes prior to bringing the car in for service. Typical experience of why people don’t like going to stealerships. Looks like a service tech needs a talking to, whether he’s being lazy and not checking or being deceptive to unsuspecting customers.
