Quoted $250 then paid $330 because I was quoted the wrong parts? Also should have told me this before just doing the job and putting me in a situation where I have no option but to pay to get my car back. Was also told I’d have an engine filter so I dropped my car off an additional day just to be told it wasn’t going to come. Absolutely no incentive to return here. Advisor also told me my rotors were vented and drilled and when they’re 100% not. Got told to replace rotors and after calling the floor man, he spoke himself that it wouldn’t be an issue to NOT replace rotors that only had 10k on them.
Very disappointed and don’t see myself returning. No principal.
