I am not sure if it is a requirement, but every time we have taken our car, the Honda employees are kind enough to put gas in our tank after we take it in and especially after they have driven the around to check for certain issues or concerns about the car.
When we went to pick up our car, the car was basically on empty when we went to pick up our vehicle. It was a bit upset about that.
