I made an appointment for the recall on my Honda CRV.
Unfortunately, on my appt date I got a call that they don’t have the parts.
A month later, after I’ve been calling to get my car fixed nobody told me that there was a parts arrived,, until I make a call to the service department and they were telling me they just received the parts and first comes first serve !!!
service department should’ve called me and provide me with appointment to get my car serviced proper time and way.
On march/11/24 I had to cancel my appt with others and come to Honda service right away because they were no promises if I make a appt the parts will be available.
Perty disappointed.

Yvette is fantastic. I got an appointment same day to look at my tire pressure warning light and Yvette mentioned maintenance was about due - so, I was able to get the maintenance done too - so, I don’t need to come back again. She has been my Service Advisor since I got my HRV - I wouldn’t want to go to anyone else.
