This was my first experience back to receive service after a negative experience at Cerritos. I told myself, “I will give it Honda one last shot” and I am so happy that I did considering John Le’s work ethnic and customer service is phenomenal. John treated me as a client and not a customer, I almost felt like home. He took the time to explain to me every charge and the consequence of not fixing it. John is great at building rapport and I trusted him at his word. Even when I came back to pick up my car, he went through every service I paid for versus stating “ just sign here, your car will be right out.” John is definitely not lazy compared to the Cerritos shop folks. I pay a higher price for service for a reason and John definitely met expectations!
