The A/C hadn’t been working for some time, especially during our cross country trip and I hesitated to take it to be checked because I knew it would be costly. So, I thought to check for recalls online and that’s when I found the warranty extensions on the two parts for the air conditioner. The service technician, Clayton Einck, reassured me that they would run the diagnostic, and if that was the case, then it would be covered under the warranty extension. He was professional and attentive to my concerns about what needed to be done and that there wouldn’t be any unnecessary or hidden costs. He also recommended an oil change and after that was completed, there were recommendations for other services needed. For no other reason than I couldn’t afford to pay for the services, I would have proceeded. Based on my brief interactions with Clayton, I trusted that he was upfront, accurate and honest about what needed to be done and I greatly appreciated that. I hope you recognize Clayton and reward him for the great job he does and value the asset he is to Honda.

Alex is great at listening, hearing my concerns, and even doing research to validate my concerns.
What I am frustrated about is the scheduling. This recent visit was to replace parts that had workmanship issues for two pieces that needed to be ordered and have some door dings removed. When called to make the appointment I asked if all the parts were in and if they can do the door dings. I was told yes and made the appointment. This was not true. Only one of the two parts were in, and we were not able to resolve the door dings. Alex was understanding and promised we will do all that work next time when the parts come in.
