Mr. Benito Torres always takes care of my vehicle service needs. He doesn’t do hard selling to trick customers to buy a service they do not need at the moment. He is always fair and reasonable. I only trust Mr. Torres at the moment.

Ivette and all the other writers seem honest enough for me to trust their recommendations. They seem not to sell products or services that aren’t needed or necessary. That is a good strategy to retain loyal customers…imagine, honesty! Some places feel like they push services on you not because I need them but for profit. NRHB Honda has never had that vibe. Ivette and the others always seem to be on my side, working with me instead of seeing me as a money target. One thing though, I found a part for my car much cheaper over at Honda World in Westminster.
