I brought the car in because there was a recall causing me not to be able to pay my registration online. Honda fixed the recall issue, but did not give me the paperwork I needed to give to the DMV, and I did not know I was missing the paperwork so I went to AAA and they told me they couldn’t help me until I went back to the dealership to get the right paperwork. Wish it would’ve been given to me while I was there.

Tony was terrific. Honda has an annoying problem with updates getting shut down forever that technicians can’t simply fix and it has driven me nuts twice now. I’ve bought 6 Hondas at this wonderful dealership and 3 elsewhere in the past 30 years and I’ve never encountered a problem as vexing to both the owner and the mechanics. I guess my next step is to write to America Honda
