I went for a fuel pump recall service on my Pilot. I have been so frustrated since I have made 3 calls since May to be told that there are no parts available. Edward patiently explained to me the process involved and was able to find a fuel pump for me. If it weren’t for him, I would have filed a report to the NTSA due to the long delay in fixing this recall. He is professional and showed me good customer service.
