Benito was incredible! He greeted me with a positive attitude and a smile. He answered all of my questions and scheduled an appointment for me that worked for my schedule. He was there to take my car in the day of the appointment. He called me as soon as the car was finished and finished my paperwork promptly so I could be on my way. I would appreciate it if I did not have my time wasted. Please do not call to inform the customer that their vehicle is ready, when it is still in the shop getting the tires rotated and still needs a car wash. I arrived about 20 minutes after receiving the call from Kevin and had to wait an additional 40 minutes for my car. Kevin said it would be an additional 15 minutes for the rotation and car wash. He then proceeded to ask if I wanted an uber home, which is already a 15 minute drive. Why would I want to waste my time going home 15 minutes and waste time and gas getting driven back to the dealership? For all of this inconvenience, I was only offered a waived fee for the $10 car wash and they did not vacuum my car. The car wasn't even dried off completely and left water marks.
