As soon as I drive up , your team has a smile and the come and ask me to kindly wait for someone to check me in . The are one of my highlights. Also Clayton Einck has helped me in 2 occasions and is always so kind and helpful . He explained the maintenance done to my car thoroughly and I did have a little issue when I left the dealership. The tire pressure sensor came on and I called back and sure enough Clayton Einck answered and was able to walk me through resolving the issue. He is a great team member. I happy to get my maintenance done at norm Reeves Honda superstore of Huntington Beach.

I brought my 2025 CRV Hybrid in for the steering gearbox service recall. Clayton greeted me and got my vehicle checked in. He provided me with an estimated time of completion and I told him that I would wait at the dealership. I was extremely pleased that the service was done in about an hour-on top of that, I found that the technician was also able to perform the inspection for the fuel pump service recall! Clayton delivered an excellent service experience!

Edward went above and beyond to help us out. The parts that we needed were not in stock for our car and we’re not going to arrive until the next day. As it was not safe for the car to be driven. He was able to arrange a rental car for us to have for the night as we lived 150 miles away from the dealership. He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns and was able to get everything fixed by the next business day. He’s extremely kind and definitely would drive 150 miles again just to work with him again. He’s that good you should give him a promotion :-)

Viviana Sanchez was unpleasant and rude during our service request. I’ve been a loyal customer coming to the HB location after many years as a resident and also purchasing my Honda here. I’ve experienced nothing but phenomenal services from the other service reps in the past but Viviana made us feel indifferent as we were inquiring about additional discounts for our service requested and she did not appear to care while giving us a snaring remark as her response. A coaching opportunity would be sufficient based on this experience as others may have faced something similar but were too scared to speak up.

I got a large metal in my tire, it was going down fast. So I stopped in Honda & Edward was very helpful getting me to & from my hair appt. I was on my way to. He ordered me a me an Uber to & from while they took care of my car.
Service peeps put on my spare boot for the weekend & will put a new tire on Monday.
I feel he went over & above for me, he made my day that could've been a disaster turn out awesome.
