Vivi did a great job from start to beginning. everyone else in H.onda was a dismal awful experience. no one picked up the calls. after I went in for a simple oil and filter change and tire rotation I get a free page ext with almost $800 of extras ,"very important for me to do" on a 5000 mi car 3 years old so way over sell they never notified me about recall everything else about Honda I'm very disappointed in everyone else but Vivian did a great job
