I made an 11am appointment, but instead of having the car checked in a timely manner, they said they needed to keep it until 3pm. So I took the shuttle home and waited, only to hear that there was no parasitic leak draining the battery but that I might need to replace the starter... at the outrageous price of 1100 dollars! .... yeah. No thanks, Norman Reeves shysters.

I enjoyed dealing with Clayton for getting my car repairs. He even came out and put the rubber on my wipers before I left. When I went to buy the rubbers for the wipers, I remembered that I had a $50 discount. I took it back to him and showed him and he was very kind about it and deducted it from my credit card.
