Kevin Lam did a great job in his capacity as a customer service representative..He went the extra mile in accommodating us... I do however am suspicious of the judgment of whomever serviced our 2018 Honda Civic They informed Kevin we needed a Brake fluid exchange service ...Funny..Our Brake fluid had been changed and system flush just two years prior by this same dealership..We were informed last year..2024 that our Brake fluid was in great shpe..No problem..But this year ..2025...after only driving 3,000 miles the entire year...We are told the Brake fluid was : Chocolate Brown in color " and needs to be changed I eventually decided to cancel our appointment for this Friday after thinking it over.. It only had 3,000 miles on the odometer since the 2024 Annual inspection and service ! Took our Honda to Firestone Auto care..The Service Tech did a comprehensive check of our Brake fluid with a color strip test and found our Brake fluid was in great condition at no charge...Saving me $190 for a Honda dealer Brake fluid exchange service we did not need ! May I suggest your Service manager speak with whomever serviced our vehicle yesterday Namely who checked the Brake fluid in our Honda Civic and made the call it was bad.. Not Kevin's fault...He was just the Messinger Honestly and Integrity go a long way in loyal customer retention.. Which now is suspect as being neither... Mike C

First time at this location for car maintenance. I purchased my car in Cerritos back in 2018 and never went back there for maintenance. I needed oil change and ac fixed and HB is closer to my house. Edward was my service Advisor, very helpful and explained things clearly. My car needed additional repairs like a safety recall and transmission repair. I'm glad he helped me. Excellent customer service from all the staff members. I will definitely recommend him and this place.
