I went in today with a flat tire. My advisor,Tony, advised me of my choices. He couldn’t provide me with what I thought I needed and sent me on my way with no charge. After checking my options, I will be back on Monday for a new set of tires from Norm Reeves Honda. I value honesty!

Nice staff, clean and vibrant facilities, quick in and out service with mobile apps.
One thing should be done thought is a repetitive signature on the mobile and at 2nd sign out again.
It would be at best once signature and payment are already done on the mobile apps, customers just exit, get the key from advisor and leave. More steps and time saved.
Usually at certain reputable dealers, we also get a quick car clean up or wash.
