My car was in your possession for months, I understand parts shortages, but to not have a loaner car available for us was ridiculous. I had to constantly borrow from people. If it would have been for a week or two no problem. But months?? I am so disappointed in this. This alone will not have me coming back.

The communication that parts are in when vehicle arrives to be fixed should be expected. I had to arrange two rides in and to be picked up because only one battery was there. I feel as if this was unfortunate but they did reduce the cost because of this and I will come there again in the future. Need to gave all parts there when the vehicle arrives to be fixed.

I could have made the repair myself. I thought that since the tech that previously worked on my car stripped out the threads out of my filter box,it would require a new canister box.If this would have been a new car and this was done I would have been calling as soon as I saw this repair.
