If I am paying 70.00 dollars for a oil change I should not have oil puddles in my driveway and garage floor I used to change my oil on all my vehicles on my back without vehicle on hoist or jacked up and never had a mess on driveway or garage floor.I definately will be taking my vehicle somewhere else for service from now on

Service and customer service when I arrived to drop off and pick up was perfect, quick and smooth. Now that being said when I called the dealership to book my appt the 1st woman to answer the phone asked what I needed when I said to schedule a service no okay let me transfer you it just rang again to the woman that picked up rudely asked what I wanted then told her I needed to schedule and oil change .. ok like what do u want morning afternoon? I hesitated and she said or do u want next available.. I asked what that was she snapped the date and time at me.. pretty much was rude as and as quick as she could be to get me off the phone… I understand ur busy but I paid $67 for a simple oil change and tire rotation I could have my husband do for half that. please be curious and appreciate me as a customer and be as nice as u can be despite your heavy work load.. makes me cringe to make my next appointment, all because how I was to on the phone and not the service I received.
