I got charged $140 to have a recall fixed. I've never paid to have a recall corrected this is a first so between the tow and your charge I'm out almost $300 over a recall. It doesn't seem right so next time I'm going to have to call rounding ask because I've never heard of being charged for a recall fix

I am disappointed in the level of detailing provided. I have addressed this with the service manager and he offered a free oil change which I accepted fory next time in. For $275.00 I expected much more detailing and cleaning of my vehicle. I have paid less than this at another dealership and the detailing and cleaning of the car was wonderful. I just am disappointed in what I received for the price paid.
