Joe is a big man and he did not bother reclining my driver’s seat to accommodate his size or to lower the seating position. He squished himself inside my car even though I asked him if he would make himself more comfortable (his leg was hanging out of my car seat)-again, Joe is a big man. I could see the side of the seat squishing down. I would like very much to send you a picture of what my seat looks like now.
Other than that, I was totally satisfied with your service department people. They did all of their checks thoroughly and my car was washed, which was very nice.
