I want to clarify that my experience Joe Valente was good, but my overall experience with Honda was poor at best. The business practice of Honda not allowing a customer to use the "complimentary" oil change service is poor and borderline criminal. At no time when I scheduled the service was I asked about the oil percentage of my vehicle, nor was it ever stated that I could not use the "complimentary" oil change service. It wasn't until I was dropping off my vehicle that I was told I could not use the "complimentary" oil change service. Putting a person on the spot like that is horrible way to treat a customer.

Joe was awesome and a great communicator. I will say that the interior of my car had smears and swirls left throughout (all over the dash and mid-console) and that seemed to be whatever product that was used to clean. Also, my windows were significantly dirtier when I picked up the car (the windshield being by far the worst and could barely see - I had to hit the windshield fluid and wipers which is odd because no rain and I picked up right when the car was done). Typically this is not an issue, so I’ll assume it was a one time thing. Just thought I’d share. I do appreciate everything though.
