Rodney the service greeter was great and I understand that what my problem was has nothing to do with him. I just think I payed way to much in labor then what was thought but I do understand fees are what they are.

I like to go to Joe Valente he is very knowledgeable with your product plus just pleasant to converse with. I always try to go to Joe.

I found it extremely strange that I have not even had my car 6 months and I somehow missed 1 of my 2 free oil changes and tire rotations a deal through Honda not the company that finances me. I had my oil changed at other much cheaper places and was saving my last free one while I was on my unpaid maternity leave. I would have brought my baby in there but the last time I was there it took almost 3 hours. They said it expired august 13th which would make no sense as I purchased the car feb 18th and it was 10,000 over the oil change. The last sticker that was put on my window from this dealership says 15%. I have been having my car serviced and have not gone 10,000 without an oil change and no one ever made me aware there were such strict terms of the deal. The total was $81.00 and I am also a student waiting for my grants and only had $60 to my name. I tried working out a deal over the phone but the manager handed the phone back to my disabled boyfriend while I was in the middle of speaking. My boyfriend has a very hard time controlling his anger and I really did not think there was going to be an issue otherwise I never would have sent him to this establishment! He was then rudely told that it was covered and that my car could never be serviced there again. I have warranties through this dealership but I honestly never want to step another foot in there again. Was extremely embarrassing that I had to go through all of that and to be disrespected for an oil change that I was promised when buying this car would be free. 100% a scam and I will be emailing Jeff Conrad as well as filing a formal complaint.

Joe provided the best service that I have received from any Honda dealership I have been to. Amazing customer service. I absolutely loved my experience and will continue to service my car with your dealership.

So grateful for the dealership to squeeze me in without an appointment for the flat tire on my CRV. I drove to Kenosha from Milwaukee for an all day meeting and when I left the meeting site I found out I had a flat tire and would not have made it back to Milwaukee. Luckily this dealership was just down the road from my meeting site. I knew I’d be in good hands and I certainly was. Thank you a million times over!!!!!!
