Sam was wonderful. He got me right in and then let me know about a couple of items that needed attention. He wasn’t pushy but instead took a very consultative approach.
The service is always top notch there!

In my experience, Rodney Porter is way above the typical Service Consultant. Thorough knowledge of vehicles and mechanical operating systems, maintenance procedures. Genuinely listens to questions and concerns and gives patient and understandable answers. I believe he likes his job and has the right personality for getting the appropriate service for the customer's needs. I always feel he is executing my needs with the highest priority.
