After our oil change and tire rotation, we drove off the lot and suffered a flat tire 8 miles down the road. When brining the car back to the service department, they claimed something shot through it so hard that it made a hole that was not repairable but there was no evidence of a foreign object inside the tire. I questioned the assessment since the other car we were driving was directly in front of the damaged car while driving and we know nothing was in the road. I also questioned how would only the rear tire be affected bypassing the front tire and 2 tires on the car in front of it. The service department just shrugged. The explanation was no logical and logicistically impossible. What I suspect happened was the service department over inflated our tire and it popped once we got on the highway. Logistically this is the only explanation since the internal damage could only come from inside the tire and the entire exterior of the tire has zero damage. Our 2nd car that we had serviced at the same time earlier in the day had all 4 of its tires overinflated as well and we got a tire warning in that car when we got on the highway as well. Luckily we were able to get that car home and deflate the tires to a normal level. Service department intentionally did harm to our car and fabricated an illogical story to our damaged tire in order to take money from us knowing full well that we needed the car to get home. Completely unethical.

Overall good experience

I was teetering on going to Racine due to prior experiences..but am so glad I didn't. My experience today was top notch. I am glad I gave it the chance! All around pleasant experience with everyone I dealt with today.
