I was told that my car needed only an oil change based on my mileage during my auto butler. I took it in for the oil change a week later and was told based off of my mileage I needed several hundred dollars worth of fluids replaced and that there was also water in my headlights (I noticed it when I took back from the auto butler but it was raining so it looked like water outside). This is something that could have been told to me the week prior and was not. I would not be dissatisfied if I was told during my auto butler about these issues that were apparent.
