While the warranty repairs were completed in a very timely manner, when they washed my car, they pulled one of the moldings off the passenger door. They did not even have the courtesy to tell me it was sticking out.

No need to contact me. I dropped my car off on Wednesday for service, I was told I would get a phone call once it was ready to be picked up. I waited, called around 6pm because it had been all day, I was told the service dept had closed and no one was left to talk to. I had to pay a taxi last night to get to work. I had no prior information that my car would be there overnight

After I left I stopped at the store and went about half a mile when the car shut down. Had it towed home because it was after 6:00. When I got home and popped the hood it was very obvious that whoever replaced the valve cover did not secure the wire harness and the timing belt cut through it. I also took a picture of it. Will be contacting you 1st thing in the morning to get this handled. Not very happy at this point.

Service manager told me that if I changed my oil ahead of schedule that it would cause the engine to consume oil, and wear the motor, then told me how Chevy says oil should be changed at 8,000 to 10,000 miles. That the engine oil would be okay because of the oil filter. So I asked if there would be any carbon in the oil and he wouldn't give an answer but "um". I said exactly that's why I want my oil changed now. I have taken comintity college classes and have 8 units in automotive, and then everything he said was back tracked. " Chevy wouldn't recommend something that would hurt the engine." I replied with they are only responsible till the warranty is up at 60,000 miles. At 60,001 it's not there problem so it would be okay to wait 10,000 miles an oil change. Again I didn't get an answer, and he finally agreed for an oil change but he would charge the sales department for it cause the warranty doesn't cover the free unscheduled oil changes that I'm supposed to get.

Looking at the work order it stated not able to rotate tires, unable to locate wheel lock key, wasn't asked to take key out but it was in glove compartment if only they would have asked for it my tires would have been rotated. Also, asked the service consultant for a truck wash but was turned down. My truck that I bought with you all was to high and wouldn't fit in their car wash. Thank you for making the effort to making a customer happy. I had also told my service consultant that we got a complementary car wash card and he told me that we need to talk to the sales man about that.

I arrived 5 min.before my 1:00 appt. for an oil change. At 1:10 I had to approach the only service person who was talking to someone. He just took my keys and said my arrival time was then and left. No sorry, no nothing. No customers were waiting. I had to ask at 2:15 when my car would be ready. It seems my keys were in the kiosk 2 doors down. They were with someone else's paperwork. No,sorry, nothing. I was told it would be about 20 more minutes. I looked outside before I asked to make sure they even put it in a bay. Your service dept.reps need to practice common courtesy in order to get repeat customers. The rep who had me sign was the only person with manners today. Sincerely LOUISE E
