As always treated very well by the service department. My vehicle was taken care of in a timely manner. I will keep bringing my vehicle here and may have others that needs service amd also plan on buying another ford in about a year or so.

Not good... a few weeks after control arms were replaced, I am charged for a new bolt to be installed. Obviously the tech didn't torque one or I wouldn't have had one disappear. Poor customer service to require payment. Service manager was the one that informed that it had to have been intentionally removed. In a movie maybe, but what are the odds compared to it having been human error???
