I made a follow up appointment with Kelsey for rear brakes last Friday and when showing up this Friday they didn’t have an appointment for me. Alex was able to get me in. After coming home I was looking over car and noticed a bulge in the tire the same tire they had worked on both appointments. I didn’t not notice this last Friday but it was there this Friday after appointment. Not sure how the bulge appeared but I don’t believe it was there when dropping off. My concern is they just worked on this tire/location and did not notice? Why not say something? Do you take pictures of cars when they come in?
