I asked for my tires to be rotated and this is the second oil change in a row that they did not do it. They called me about three other things, but never called me to ask where the chuck/socket for my custom wheels was at , which is under the backseat in the tray by the car jack. Pretty sure this will be the last time I take a vehicle to your service shop. Terrible service.
