Steering is still very sloppy, and not just when braking. Vehicles has a lot of miles on it and I don’t feel like you want to take the time needed to investigate the root cause. My vehicle doesn’t seem to fit your business model due to its age and high miles. Very disappointed.

I thought Alex did a great job explaining my issues with my truck, and keeping me informed during the process. I’m not happy that my engine is dying after only 161,000 miles. But that’s not his fault.
