My vehicle definitely didn't get vacuumed at all. I remember years ago when I was impressed with the service. Now it's almost $100 and ythe interior is untouched. I don't expect much. 5 min of vacuuming would have been enough.

The only downside is that it took 4 service visits to get this A/C problem fixed. Apparently the first 3 solutions from Ford didn’t solve the issue. It’s only been 2 days since the last visit, but so far it is working correctly.

There is a knocking noise when I turn the steering wheel left and right, that hasn’t been there before.i was told it was taken for a test drive. I’m wondering why I wasn’t told about that over the phone. I’m uncomfortable driving the car because of that. I will be calling tomorrow about this issue.
