I left the vehicle at the dealership 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled appointment. One hour and a half past my scheduled appointment my vehicle wasn’t ready for me ! My time is valuable also. I can’t afford to spend 2 hours waiting for an oil change. Very disappointed.
