I left the vehicle at the dealership 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled appointment. One hour and a half past my scheduled appointment my vehicle wasn’t ready for me ! My time is valuable also. I can’t afford to spend 2 hours waiting for an oil change. Very disappointed.

The only comment I have to say that the service writer, Alex should be more forthright when I have asked questions about my truck. I continually get an answer of “I don’t know”. This goes back to when I first noticed the oil consumption problems. Not very customer service friendly or informative.
