I had an appointment @ 2:30 pm for an oil change and 4 new tires I don’t understand how it could have taken 2 hours and 14 mins for this ? The Tech or oil changer took this long as a customer iam very disappointed and I did not leave the dealership until 4:45 pm I guess customer service is a thing of the past I went up to the lady at the front desk asked her if she could check on the status of my vehicle at 4:30 pm she replied I can’t do that. Then 2 seconds later the service advisor come into the customer lounge gave me my paper work no apology for the long wait. Here again I believe customer service has taken or customer care has taken a back seat in the service department.
