We came to pick up our vehicle because we were told the running boards were fixed, but when we pulled into the dealership we saw that the passenger side running board was down and the driver's side was up - so clearly they were not fixed. We left the car and told the young lady at the counter that we want the vehicle fixed. Just disappointed that we are without a vehicle for so many days - that our vehicle only has 26,000 miles on it and it already has issues.

I asked for a road test of my vehicle’s suspension system, but I believe only a mechanical inspection was performed. And it was normal. I feel a road test would have turned up the conditions I described.
