How about listening to the customer when they are telling you what is true. Last time my car was serviced, the horn came back not working. The inside of the car was not properly cleaned. The seats were left dirty. The car mats were not cleaned. I have been having my car serviced by you since purchased. Considering about finding a new place for this.
