Car service was done quickly and a bad tire was discovered. Tires wre replaced recently and I took the car back to them to get a new tire installed. Would not have known about the bad tire until it would have failed without your service checkup. Thanks for your professional service.

Parts came in and we weren't notified. When we called they said they didn't have the part and had to order it and would call when it came in. They didn't. They gave our parts to somebody else instead of calling us.
