Dustin, I had a good experience. This is my second Ford Fusion that I own. Bought for my son 2 yrs ago. I like the car and got one for myself. I’m really pleased with your Service dept. I know a little about cars and have done many repairs myself. I’m just getting to point where I don’t want to do it anymore. It’s important to have someone I can trust and not sell me things I do not need. Until last couple years I only have bought GM vehicles. I still like GM vehicles however I have tried numerous GM dealer service depts and have been very disappointed. Between buying vehicles from Mitch Gahagan and your service center I will be returning.
