I got no less than 6 text messages for 1 simple appointment for a check engine light. Major overkill. Appointment was made on Tuesday-for Wednesday.

I dropped truck off at 9 for a ten 15 appointment. I was given a ride back to my jobsite in a very prompt manner which I was happy about. I had to call Lindquist and ask about status of my truck . He said the mechanic was looking at it and he would call me back. I called again at 230 and got same response. I need to arrange either a way home or back to Lindquist depending on what you guys were going to do. Then I got the same answer as usual that it could be anything. We have spent 5000 dollars on this problem over and over. I have no options.
I can take it somewhere and delete the def completely which my estimate for that is 3000.00 so basically I wasted the money I paid Lindquist to fix it the first three times. I like Noah and he knows how to handle a frustrated customer. But I’m angry at the entire situation! I feel I bought a **** truck which on the internet shows lots of people having problems with that make and model. Basically I’m screwed ! I have never had anyone above Noah contact me and ask how can we solve this. I have been a loyal customer of Lindquist for years but I guess that does not matter. That’s how I feel about my experience.
