I was there nearly 90 minutes for oil change and tire rotation because you didn’t have the oil filter on hand. I was charged $70. My husband paid $50 for the same service a few days earlier. I was told I needed coolant that you didn’t have on hand. The appointment was scheduled nearly a week in advance so it’s not clear why you didn’t get these items in advance. Finally, your service department called several times asking for my business and knew it was a Toyota. If you seek out business from a Toyota owner, you should have the materials on hand.

Asked no tire rotation, my tires were rotated and I was charged for it. Also I really do appreciate hitting something with my truck and leaving a scratch the metal and not saying anything or taking ownership. Just washed on Sunday, wasn’t there, and I work from home.
