My appt. for a new battery and an oil change was scheduled for Tuesday March 23 at 2:30. Asked if I could have it towed out on Monday March 22 in case someone cancelled. He agreed. Got a call at 1:30 Monday afternoon that the car was ready to pick up. That’s over the top service. Love that place.

We bought a car on Friday from Daniell. When we took it home tried the windshield wipers it broke. We went In Saturday Daniella told us to come in 8:30 on Monday. We did there was no appointment. We waited an hour before a loaner car was offered. It’s fine you all made things right with the Warranty but the lack of appointment was a bit of a stressor. And the phone call 10 mins after we left about car being repaired was a bit frustrating.
