The service writer was very nice. Picked up vehicle got home and realized it was not washed or vacuumed. So I called Lindquist and told him about it and they said wash rack was not working today. Should’ve been told that when I dropped off the vehicle instead I was told vehicle would be washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. Service writer apparently had been told that the wash rack was not working.

I have had my truck serviced at your place for the last 4 years since I bought it. In all that time when I came in, I just found out that you never checked the air filters. They brought them out to me to show how plugged up and dirty they were. I have never have had my oil changed at any other place that didn't check the air filters. A car or truck needs oil changes and air filters checked at everytime you bring your vehicle in for service. I am very disappointed that for 4 years on a new truck that was never done
