Ran a diagnostic on nav system and didn't get a definite reason why it was not working properly. Told to try to pair phone and see if that helped, if not would have to replace a part. Nav system is running slow, freezing up, losing GPS. Also didn't understand $15 charge for shop supplies.

I appreciated the fact that Mike informed me in advance of the $135/HR diagnostic charge to identify the cause of the tire pressure sensor fault my vehicle is currently experiencing. I was then able to refuse that particular work, given what I believe is its exorbitant charge.
